Check exterior access points for any damage and for security.  Check for any drainage issues.   Inspect for visual storm damage.

Pickup any mail or packages and remove any flyers or newspapers.

 Check pool for water level and any discoloration.

Check all interior access points including windows for damage and security.  Visually inspect each room and ceiling for water damage or leaks.

Inspect AC and water heater for leaks,

check humidity level inside home.

Run all sinks, showers, and toilets to lubricate seals,  check pipes underneath for leaks,  check refrigerator for temperature and leaks, if off, check for mold, visually check for rodents and pests, run car if needed.
