Meet The House Captains

JP was born and raised in South Florida where he graduated with honors from FAU. He comes from a family where his mom was a Teacher and his dad was a General Contractor. His father started House Captains 35 years ago and JP watched the business develop and grow. Fast forward to the present, his dad has retired and the business has shifted in a different direction. The growing need for property management inspired Brian and JP to pivot the business in a slightly different direction. JP currently holds a property & casualty Florida 220 insurance license. This is a valuable asset when advising clients on home, boat, car and general asset concerns. JP currently resides in Delray Beach working in insurance and managing House Captains. 

 Brian grew up in NJ and spent the last 25 years working in corporate America.  Brian chose to move in a different direction due to market conditions and the recent pandemic.  Brian has held various executive roles in both sales and operations.
